Abstract

Maluku's economy based on the size of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in the first quarter of 2024 reached 14.89 trillion rupiah and at constant 2010 prices reached 8.93 trillion rupiah.

Maluku's economy in the first quarter of 2024 experienced growth of 5.41 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved in the health services and social activities category at 8.17 percent. From the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the foreign import component which grew by 115.09 percent.

Maluku's economy in the first quarter of 2024 experienced growth of -1.69 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the highest growth was in the processing industry business field at 6.72 percent. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, the LNPRT consumption expenditure component reached 9.20 percent.

Maluku's economy in the first quarter of 2024 (c-to-c) grew by 5.41 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved in the health services and social activities category at 8.17 percent. From the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the foreign import component which grew by 115.09 percent.

Maluku's exports in July 2024 were US$ 0.41 million, down around 97.43 percent compared to June 2024. Maluku's imports in July 2024 were US$ 68.78 million or up around 19.67 percent compared to June 2024.
